The regenerative effect is gradual and natural : polylactic acid (PLA), which is a naturally occurring material, is the principal component of Silhouette Soft ®. Once the Silhouette Soft thread lift is applied, the PLA acts on the deeper layers of the skin and helps increase the volume of saggy areas, restoring youthful definition to the face gradually and perfectly naturally. Over time, the thread is absorbed and replaced by the body’s own collagen.
